ARTWORK AGREEMENT
This agreement is dated as of _______________, 20__ (“Agreement”) by and between ________________ (“Artist”) and __________________ (“Producer”) in connection with the motion picture currently entitled “________________” (“Picture”).
1. ARTIST’S SERVICES: Producer is engaging Artist to render services as an artwork painter, on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, to create certain artwork paintings (collectively the “Artwork”), to be used in and in connection with the Picture and in connection with the distribution, exploitation, advertising, publicity and/or promotion thereof, including, but not limited to, use of the Artwork on DVD covers, soundtrack album covers, in EPKs, on posters, etc. In connection herewith, Artist shall be provide Producer with a reasonable amount of original Artwork created by Artist to be use in connection with the Picture, and all such original pieces of Artwork shall be delivered to Producer upon Producer’s request therefore.
