1. CONTINGENCY: Producer’s obligations hereunder are subject to Producer receiving executed copies of this Agreement.
2. CAPACITY/SERVICES: Employee shall render all services customarily rendered by persons employed as a casting director in the motion picture industry. Employee’s services shall be exclusive to Producer at all times during the “Term” of this agreement, as defined below. Producer has the right to engage other casting directors, in its sole and absolute discretion.
