PAYMENTS TO
The following, including the Standard Terms and Conditions (“Standard Terms”) attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, sets forth the agreement (“Agreement”) between ____________ (“Company”), and ________________ (“Artist”), respecting Artist’s acting services in connection with the above-referenced motion picture (“Picture”).
1) CONDITIONS PRECEDENT. All of Company’s obligations under this Agreement are expressly conditioned upon: Artist’s completion, as required by federal law, of a Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification Form) and submission to Company of original documents, as required by federal law, to prove Artist’s employment eligibility; Artist’s ability to qualify for all insurance Company deems necessary (e.g., life, health, accident and/or cast insurance) at customary rates and subject only to customary exclusions and deductible amounts (if any); and, Artist fully executing and delivering this Agreement to Company.
2) SERVICES. Subject to the provisions of Section 1 above, Company hereby employs
