Re: “________________” (the “Picture”) – Choreographer Agreement

This letter will confirm the terms of the agreement between ________________________ (the “Choreographer”) and _____________ (“Producer”), regarding Choreographer’s services as choreographer for the above-referenced theatrical motion picture to be produced by Producer.
1. Services: Producer hereby engages Choreographer, for ___ (__) working days (__ hour days for rehearsals and __ hour days during production) between ______, 20__ and ____, 20__ (tentatively scheduled for ________________ but which may change due to scheduling) which days shall be mutually determined by Producer and Choreographer (the “Term”) to render all necessary choreography services as Choreographer for the Picture. Such services will be those customarily provided in the motion picture industry by first class Choreographers. Said services shall be rendered primarily in ____________. Choreographer’s services hereunder shall be on a non-exclusive but first priority basis.
