For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, ______________ (“Owner”), the undersigned, hereby grants to _________________ (“Licensee”) and Licensee’s successors and assigns (Licensee and Licensee’s successors and assigns shall collectively be referred to herein as “Company”), the non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, reproduce, exhibit, publicize and exploit all or any part of that footage entitled __________________, which has an approximate running time of ___ seconds (“Clip(s)”), for and in connection with the motion picture project currently entitled “_______” (“Picture”) throughout the universe. In connection therewith, Owner acknowledges that Company may exhibit, transmit, manufacture, reproduce, market, exploit, sell, license advertise, distribute, publicize, and promote the Picture and excerpts and trailers thereof (inclusive of any Clip(s)) throughout the universe in perpetuity in any and all media, now known or hereinafter developed, including, but not limited to, the right to use the name, logo and/or trademark of Owner (to the extent any of the same is contained in the Clip(s)), as well as the right to edit,
