MOTOR VEHICLE RELEASE
____________________ (“Owner”) hereby grants to ____________________, ___ and its licensees, successors and assigns (collectively “Company”), the right to photograph, film, tape and/or otherwise record Owner’s vehicle generally described as a ______________________________, along with any identifying marks associated there with, including the license plate (collectively the “Vehicle”), for use by Company in any medium in connection with the production and exploitation of the motion picture project currently entitled “_______” (the “Picture”) or any derivative works thereof, and for purposes of inclusion in the Picture and/or derivative works thereof, including the advertising, promotion, and/or publicity thereof. Company shall own all right, title and interest of every kind in any and all photographs, footage, pictures, tapings and/or other recordings made by Company in connection herewith and shall have the right to use such photographs, footage, pictures, tapings and/or other recordings in any manner it may desire without limitations or restrictions of any kind.
